Dr. Paul Sekhon has always enjoyed the company of animals and cannot remember a time when his family did not include at least one pet. Dr. Sekhon has been a veterinarian since 1991. He attended a reputed school of veterinary medicine in India for both graduate and post-graduate studies in veterinary medicine. He is always trying to increase his knowledge and abilities and has taken advanced training in soft tissue surgery, including kidney transplantation and orthopedic surgery. Dr. Sekhon likes the challenges of diagnosing and treating illnesses but what he most enjoys is helping to maintain the health and longevity of our animal companions. In addition to his wife, who is also a veterinarian, he has two wonderful children and two beautiful cats named Jinx and Jazzy. In his spare time Dr. Sekhon enjoys outdoor activities and sports.
Dr. Anna Sekhon graduated from the College of Veterinary Science in India in 1992. She has a vast experience in clinical medicine and research on various animal species. Her main interests lie in internal medicine, dermatology and soft tissue surgeries. Dr. Anna's main strength is providing an excellent service to all her clients and patients. She is an active member of OVMA. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, cooking and playing ping pong. She is blessed with two wonderful children, Karan and Sumeet, and two loving cats, Jazzy and Jinx.
Brittany attended the University of Windsor and graduated with a B.A. in 2010. She later returned to school and graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at St. Clair College in 2013. She loves her two dogs, a Cockapoo named Thumper and a German Shepherd mix named Mika. Brittany has been with Ambassador Animal Hospital since 2014.
Theresa Schroeder graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at St. Clair College in 1995. She has trained various breeds of dogs to participate in show rings since her mid-teens. This has given her a special interest in behavior and nutrition. At home, she spends her time outdoors with her pack of huskies, flock of chickens, 2 sons, 2 grandsons and her husband.
Bailey has always had a love for animals and grew up with many pets, including a pig. She went to St. Thomas of Villanova high school and after graduating went to St. Clair College where she studied Pre health sciences and later graduated from the Veterinary Technician program in 2010.Bailey joined our team here at Ambassador after her Maternity leave with Walker Road Animal Hospital. Bailey lives at home with her husband Michael, Daughter Emma and Dog Toby. Toby shares the house with 3 cats named Puffy, Jazzy and Chester. In her spare time Bailey likes to take her daughter out to shop, Cook, and spend time with family. When time allows it- Bailey is very talented making cakes!
Anna enrolled into the veterinary technician program at St. Clair college. She graduated in 2017 and started her career at Ambassador Animal Hospital shortly after. Her love and compassion for animals shines through in the dedicated work she puts in. When not at work, Anna is at home playing with her own little zoo, consisting of her 3 cats, Kalliope, Sterling, and Anora, and her beagle, Manny
Lori Belanger joined our team at Ambassador Animal Hospital as a professional groomer a few months ago. She is an experienced groomer with over 30 years of experience in this field. Lori loves animals and loves to trim, bathe and shave all breeds of dogs and cats, as per the expectations of their families. She is presently providing our grooming services every Wednesday. Lori enjoys the company of three Pomeranian dogs and 2 Persian cats in her family, and in her free time, she also loves four-wheeling.
